Application
These terms and conditions apply to all sales of artworks through this website.
Order and payment
You can submit a request via the contact form. Payment is made by bank transfer or another agreed-upon method. An order is only final after I confirm it.
Prices
All prices are in euros and exclude tax. Any shipping costs are listed separately.
Delivery
I ship within the Netherlands via a reliable parcel service. You’ll receive an estimated delivery time with your order. Pickup is possible upon request.
Right of withdrawal / Returns
Because these are unique works of art, returns are generally not possible. Please contact me if you have any problems, and we’ll work together to find a solution.
Liability
I am not liable for damage during shipping, unless this is due to negligence on my part. In that case, we will work together to find a suitable solution.
Force majeur
In the event of force majeure (such as illness, postal delays, etc.), delivery may be postponed.
